    2. You are cordially invited to Farmington Square for A Walk Down Memory Lane!

      Your family member has a picture frame next to their door, that we would love to make into a collage, so that they can remember the good old days and have a sense of pride in themselves today.

      Please bring an 8 by 11" collage of photographs of your family member. You can also include pictures of hobbies and activities they enjoyed throughout their life.

      We will share the collages at the event and enjoy refreshments together! You are welcome to invite family members and friends to join our stroll down memory lane. We would love for you to participate and enjoy a fun event with your family member and Farmington Square!

      (If you cannot make it, but could still bring in photos, we would be happy to put it together so that everyone can have a memory collage! Thank you).
